MANCHESTER, NJ — The Manchester Regular Republican Club (MRRC) held its monthly membership meeting on April 21st at Cafe Napoli, highlighting the club's growing influence and the pivotal role Ocean County continues to play in the national political landscape.
The meeting was headlined by distinguished guests Township Councilman James A. Vaccaro and Ocean County Republican Chairman George Gilmore, who joined members to discuss the state of the party and upcoming local initiatives.
Ocean County: A Republican Powerhouse
A major focus of the evening was the analysis of the 2024 election results, which solidified Ocean County’s status as a premier Republican stronghold. In 2024, the county delivered a staggering 227,232 votes (67.22%) for President Donald Trump, making it the #1 source of Republican votes in the state of New Jersey and among the top five highest-producing Republican counties in the entire Northeast corridor.
